Certified Recognition Professional

Ms. Rodrigues has been professionally quoted for magazines (eg. Divorce Magazine) and newspapers (eg. Globe and Mail) and has appeared on television programs as an expert on marriage, separation and divorce. She has developed training curriculum for the Institute for the Prevention of Child Abuse, the Ontario Association of Children's Aid Societies, Seneca College, and the Peel District School Board. She co-developed the RodVan Model of Structuring Mediation Internships and presented this at an FMC conference. She provided province-wide training to child welfare workers, police officers and mental health therapists through the Institute for the Prevention of Child Abuse and the Ontario Association of Children's Aid Societies.  Ms. Rodrigues has also conducted province wide clinical audits of Child Welfare Agencies under the Ministry of Community and Social Services. Ms. Rodrigues was President of the Board of Directors for Distress Line Peel.  Ms. Rodrigues completed a 10 month internship in family therapy, comprehensive family arbitration coursework, achieved accreditation as a workplace conflict auditor, became a member of the Ontario Child Protection Mediation Roster, completed her FGC Coordination Training, and, Level I Cybercounselling Course.    Most recently, Most recently, Ms. Rodrigues became a certified recognition professional and FGC Coordinator.

Ms. Rodrigues is a member of OAFM, OASW, OCCSWSSW, AFCC, ADRnet, WMA, Collaborative Practice Toronto (past), Collaborative Practice of Peel/Halton, Ontario Child Protection Mediation Roster.

Judy Lewis M.A., Psychological Associate                              

Judy Lewis brings to her work, many years of experience as a psychological associate, including her work in EAP organizations.  Ms. Lewis provides individual, couple, marital and family counselling, as well as critical incident debriefing.

Note: A psychological associate can sign receipts for insurance coverage purposes when your insurance says you are covered to see a "registered psychologist".

David Klegerman B.A., CHRP, Acc.FM (OAFM), FMC Cert. CFM

David Klegerman is a Certified Comprehensive Family Mediator, Family Mediation Canada, and, an Accredited Family Mediator within the Ontario Association for Family Mediation (OAFM). He is the current President of the Executive Board for the York Region Chapter of the OAFM. Mr. Klegerman is also a Roster Mediator with the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program and an Accredited EAP Mediator on the national EAP Roster. His experience includes mediation at the Ontario Court of Justice (Family Court), Attorney General’s Office/Department of Justice.

He holds memberships in local and international Collaborative Law associations. He is also a coach and trainer, providing the foundations of mediation to Family Law lawyers intending to become Collaborative Family Law practitioners. He has completed comprehensive coursework in family arbitration. Mr. Klegerman is a member of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation (OAFM), currently President of the Executive Board for the York Region Chapter, Family Mediation Canada (FMC), Ontario Mandatory Mediation Roster, ADRNet EAP Roster, Collaborative Practice Toronto, York Collaborative Practice, International Academy of Collaborative Practitioners (IAPC), Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO), Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), Conflict Resolution Network (CRNetwork), Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), ADR Institute of Ontario, ADR Institute of Canada.

Wendy Ross BA, MSW, RSW 

Wendy Ross is a professional social worker who has over 28 years of experience.  In the early part of her career, she worked with seniors and their families both in the community and in institutions.  She also facilitated several groups for families of those who had Alzeimer's Disease.  Additionally, she has provided individual, couple, and family counselling helping those with a wide range of life adjustments as well as with relationship issues. 

Ms. Ross had provided counselling to individuals, couples, and families, as well as critical incident debriefing for an employee assistance company for over ten years.  She has helped people with a wide variety of problems including bereavements, loss, separation and divorce, relationship problems, mental health and addiction problems, and trauma. 

Ms. Ross provides health care management for a wide range of programs in mental health and addictions. She has extensive knowledge about community resources that can be of benefit to clients.  She has assumed numerous leadership positions in the area of  child abuse, woman abuse, diversity, and concurrent disorders over the years, and is a strong advocate in these areas.

Ms. Ross is currently a member of OASW and OCCSWSSW.

Ayse Hitchins B.A., Acc. F.M.

Since 1991, Ayse Hitchins has worked with many diverse groups in different parts of the world, as both a professional trainer and mediator. The training she provides is designed to serve the individual and collective needs of the clients to achieve success. Ms. Hitchins delivers training that is interactive, educational, and interesting.  She draws upon her world travels to make the training experiential.

Ms. Hitchens has mediated hundreds of conflicts and currently also serves as a mediator for the Superior Court of Justice, Family Division.  She is accredited by the Ontario Association of Family Mediators.

Besides training and mediation, Ms. Hitchins enjoys serving her community. For the past 25 years, she has had the opportunity to live in many different parts of the world and continually serve her global community. Her mission is to teach others about "cultural sensitivity".

Parool Mehta B.A., LL.M. (ADR) Candidate, CPCC

CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COACH AND FACILITATOR
With over 15 years experience as a Human Resources Professional, Facilitator, Change Agent, Adult Educator, Coach and Leader in the private and public sector, complemented with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Adult Education Certificate, over 116 hours of professional coaching training and over 200 hours of experiential leadership development. A proven track record of managing and implementing a variety of human resources initiatives to successful completion. Exceptional interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization. Intuitive and conceptual thinker, best engaged when strategizing and visioning that focuses on innovative yet practical solutions that deliver results.  Currently pursuing a Masters of Law in Alternative Dispute Resolution.The last three years have been spent coaching supervisors, managers, and directors for an 80 million dollar operation where she supported the operational leadership team in change management, organizational communication and employee relations.  Parool focuses on coaching for leadership and life.  She works with individuals and organizations to determine their unique expression of their values, vision, natural strengths and talents as a leader.

Tina Hinsperger, R.S.W.
Tina Hinsperger is a professional social worker with nearly 20 years of experience. Her skills include facilitation, coordination, investigation, assessments, and counselling. Her areas of specialty include parenting, separation and divorce, and custody and access issues.
Ms. Hinsperger has worked in various capacities including as a clinical investigator with the Office of the Children’s Lawyer for eleven years, coordinator of the supervised access program in Dufferin County for eight years, private custody/access assessor, child protection worker for child protection services, counsellor in the criminal justice system, and as a facilitator for groups in the child witness preparation program.
Ms. Hinsperger completed training on Family Mediation and is presently doing an internship with PCCS in order to become an accredited family mediator. Ms. Hinsperger also facilitates parenting courses and workshops on a regular basis and has written articles for community newspapers on parenting issues.
Ms. Hinsperger is currently a member of OASW and OCSWSSW and is a past member of OCCSW.

 

 


Carol Davies  M.A., CCP, EFT-Adv.

Ms Davies is a certified professional coach whose passion is to assist individuals and groups to achieve Better Life Performance. She uses a variety of methods and practices including coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), BSFF (Be Set Free Fast), NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), guided visualizations, mindfulness, meditation, and positive self-talk among others. These help clients resolve issues around personal and professional challenges in their lives.

Having worked abroad for more than twenty years in large international organizations, her considerable management and coaching experience, combined with her recent training and expertise in holistic healing and energy therapies, give her a unique approach. Her extensive work with people from different backgrounds has given her a deep insight into the diverse ways that people can approach life. She takes into account the person as a whole, their life in context, not just focusing on isolated goals or behaviours.

Together with her clients she helps design strategies for success for them to achieve emotional and work/life balance. Clients learn to manage life’s challenges more easily by defining a plan to deal with an issue, breaking it down into manageable components on which to work towards habits of success.

She facilitates seminars and workshops using EFT for issues, such as Weight Loss, Motivation, Lack of confidence, Decision Making, Dealing with Difficult People, Social Phobia/Anxiety, Smoking Cessation, Compulsions, Interview and Presentation Nerves, Phobias, Stress Reduction and other topics upon request. With EFT you can effectively resolve emotional, physical, and mental distress at the source, often within minutes.
