If you are emailing at info@pccs.ca, keep in mind that email is not a secure/encrypted confidential manner in which to exchange information. If emailing for an appointment, you could just email your name and a telephone number where you can be reached and in order to communicate further about the appointment, we can call you to discuss the details.  If you are requesting online services please specify this in your email.

Face to Face Counselling Appointments - 45, 50 or 60 minute sessions at our Mississauga and Georgetown offices.

For telephone and online counselling you can purchase as many hours of counselling as you wish and use them as you need in minimum half hour blocks. We do require that the times for telephone and online counselling are booked in advance, the same as you would if you were booking a face to face appointment. However, you have the convenience of being able to receive assistance from anywhere you want when there are transportation or time contraints.

For your convenience fees can be paid by CASH, DEBIT, MASTERCARD OR VISA.  We can take your payment over the telephone with mastercard or visa. We offer 45, 50 and 60 minute counselling sessions. Most services have set fees and some require retainers.
