We offer specific Brief Therapy Programs that focus on any one or more topic. In therapy you can learn how to be more assertive, decrease and manage stress or anger, decrease anxiety, resolve or manage depression, increase self-esteem, counteract shyness and social anxiety, OCD or ADHD.
We recommend a minimum of 6 sessions with the use of one of our workbooks that can be purchased on the PCCS eStore and by seeing one of our counsellors. These are very reasonably priced workbooks intended for the assigned homework in-between the sessions. Your counsellor will work with you in sessions to learn the best techniques, understand your roadblocks and review your practice and success.
It is a cost effective way to learn to make change in a one to one setting where all the attention is on you!
We reduce the fees to a package price for you when you commit to 6 sessions and if you need more you can continue at the reduced rate.
